Some new and nice improvements and a couple bug fixes.

• Added support for custom colors per sample in pattern view. Use the checkbox in `GENERAL` and `VIBE` settings to enable rendering of individual sample colors in a pattern.
• Reworked the `VISUALS` tab in `SETTINGS`.
  - Added custom sample colors.
  - Added `COPY` button for copying RGB from selected swatch.
  - ADDED `PASTE` button for pasting RGB to selected swatch.
  - Added `IMPORT` button for importing ZPT color data from an external file.
  - Added `EXPORT` button for exporting ZPT color data to an external file.
• Added sample color override in the `SAMPLES` screen. Right-click to remove an override. Overridden colors gets saved in the .zpt file (if .zpt metadata is enabled in settings).
• In `SAMPLES` screen `Ctrl+Right click` on a sample now opens it in the `SAMPLER` screen.
• CTRL+I was broken. It didn't correctly paste the copied block and it didn't insert the rows needed to fit the block.
• Right-clicking `BEG` and `END` in the `SAMPLER` now centers waveform display on the loop brackets. Useful for when waveform is zoomed in and you want to jump between loop points.
• Mousewheel now also work in `Disk Op Search` page.
• Added a scrollbar in `Disk Op.`.
• Now you can click the sample number in `SAMPLES` screen to activate that sample.
• Removed the unused leading zeroes in Song Pos, Pattern, Length, Sample and Volume. It's now also possible to click directly on the digit you want to edit.
• Added an `Instant Channel Mute` setting which when enabled instantly mute/unmute a channel, instead of waiting until next note.
• Note keys now preview/play while Settings is open.
• Added `Autoplay` and `Shuffle` to `Disk Op settings` which when enabled autoplay next/shuffled song from current mod directory. `Ctrl+Alt+PageDn` to manually jump to next song. `Ctrl+Alt+PageUp` to manually jump to previous song.
• You can now assign a negative value to the `MIDI transpose` setting.
• Reworked the `SAMPLING` screen a little bit and added a  `Normalize` checkbox and `Level` slider for the sampled audio. I also added a scrolling input level monitor (activate by clicking the live monitor area). Finetune now defaults to -1 since A-3 at FT -1 results in period 128 on Amiga.
• Removed the third visualizer because it wasn't any good..
• Fixed bug with wrong caret position for Song pos, Pattern and Length.
• Fixed bug where pressing period on Numpad to `Kill sample` sometimes ended up in a prompt dialog loop.
• Fixed app icon transparency on MacOS.
