Some bug fixes and a couple new minor but useful features.

• Added setting to highlight every nth pattern row.
• Added setting for adjusting the right-click song pos increment/decrement.
• Reverted back to how pt2clone access .ini on MacOS. Now `zoopertracker.ini` must be placed next to `zoopertracker.app` in the folder you drag it into (don't forget to also drag the .ini). Sorry for the inconvenience for those of you who got used to it being in `~/Library/Application Support/`.
• The `DEFAULT` button in settings now shows a prompt with choices what to revert to default.
• Added a new `AUDIO` tab in settings and moved `BOOST AUDIO`, `WIDE STEREO` and `INSTANT CHANNEL MUTE` there.
• Changed `WIDE STEREO` checkbox setting to be a slider instead, where 0 is mono and 100 is full separation, and moved it to the new `AUDIO` tab in settings.
• Added an `OUTPUT DEVICE` selector to the `AUDIO` tab in settings.
• Added support for `Shift+Windows + Left/Right` to move ZPT between displays (on Windows).
• Added an `ARP MODE` which when enabled plays the held notes with 20ms delay. It also display the relative semitones in the status field. Toggle `ARP MODE` with `Ctrl+Alt+A` or `Ctrl+Option+A` on MacOS.
